Introducing Luke Frankcom
Luke is a fully qualified Personal Trainer, and has always been a committed
sportsman, a strong background which enables him to provide expert advice and
support to his clients.Luke encourages and supports his clients in such a way that helps them to extend themselves beyond their own expectations. He focuses completely on his client and conducts training sessions with a strong emphasis on exercise technique and training principles.
His sporting background includes athletics, golf, tennis and weight training. He has represented the ACT in running, and has been a member of the Talented Sports Program.
