Introducing Damon Smith

Damon Smith Damon Smith is a fully qualified Personal Trainer. His passion for fitness, positive approach and drive to succeed are sound qualities that enable him to encourage Pro-Fitness Clients, in turn, to achieve their best.

Damon focuses on helping his clients understand the steps to achieving their fitness goals. He promotes the belief that clients can improve their fitness and achieve their goals through hard work but have fun at the same time. He also encourages his clients in the belief that fitness is an integral part of being a healthy, happy and well rounded person. He delights in helping his clients improve their lives by adopting a healthy fitness lifestyle.

In his personal life Damon is a keen cyclist. He trains and races with an ACT cycling club. While his main passion is road bikes he also enjoys mountain biking. This has given Damon a strong base for developing cardio fitness programs and general training in cycling.

In previous years Damon was an active basketball player and spent a number of years training in martial arts; all of which adds depth and value to his role as a Personal Trainer.
