Training Sessions

  One to One Personal Training

During the initial consultation one of our qualified and experienced personal trainers will assess your current health and fitness levels prior to designing a personal program aimed at achieving your specific fitness goals.

The trainer will then schedule a timetable of recommended training sessions that suit both your available time and choice of venue. Training sessions will also be tailored to your personally designed program which will be explained and demonstrated at your first session.

Your progress is regularly monitored through supervised sessions that are scheduled according to you ongoing needs. Adjustments to your program will be made accordingly.

Group Fitness Training

Why not get a small group of friends together to share a personal trainer - thus sharing the costs whilst increasing the fun and motivation.

Groups of two or more can enjoy an invigorating power walk or interval run/walk around one of Canberra's many scenic and challenging trails. Alternatively, both resistance and circuit training may be undertaken either outside or indoors, as preferred. These are but a few of the services Pro-Fitness is able to provide to small groups. So if you wish to get fit whilst enjoying Canberra's outdoor environment at the same time, you could book an outdoor training program. Or you could combine both indoor and outdoor sessions, as many of our clients already do.
