Pro-Fitness Training recognises the importance of sound nutrition as an aid to
achieving fitness goals. Caroline Salisbury has been assisting many of our
clients by providing nutritional advice which complements our fitness programs.
Caroline has been working as a Dietician in private practice for over 15 years. As well as seeing patients individually she regularly lectures to groups and appears on ABC radio, 666 Canberra once a week. As part of her assessment Caroline works to incorporate dietary change to meet individual health needs such as weight loss, diabetes, food intolerance as well as improved energy for sports and exercise.
