Fitness Program
Your personally tailored program states the recommended exercises that will
assist you in achieving both your short and long-term fitness goals. It is also
designed based on the time you have available for exercise, and your past and
current health and fitness levels.
Your trainer will explain and demonstrate the exercises stated within your program and work with you to ensure that you are exercising safely, whilst obtaining maximum benefit.
Importantly your fitness program provides the basis on which you and your personal trainer can monitor your progress and adjust exercises where required.
